【本宮エリア/Hongu area】

くまのこ食堂/Kumanoco Shokudo-cafe&bar restaurant

伝統的な日本式の建築をカフェバーに改装した店内はとても落ち着いた雰囲気です。自家採取の卵を使った卵かけご飯や熊野で獲れたジビエ料理などが楽しめます。本宮大社近辺で夜営業しているのはくまのこ食堂だけです。

Kumanoco Shokudo restaurant is a traditional Japanese-style building that has been renovated into a cafe. You can enjoy a bowl of rice with home-grown eggs and a jibie food from Kumano. It is only one cafeteria that is open at night near Hongu Taisha.

ほん和か/Honwaka-Japanese”Okonomiyaki”restaurant

とても素晴らしい建物で落ち着いた雰囲気が楽しめるお好み焼き屋さん。お好み焼きや焼きそば、一品料理どれも美味しいです。家族づれにもおすすめです。少し立地が悪くて車がなければ行くのが難しいです。また、夜もやっていますがラストオーダーが早い（電話で要確認）のでお気をつけください。

An okonomiyaki restaurant where you can enjoy a calm atmosphere in a very wonderful building. Okonomiyaki and yakisoba, all dishes are delicious. Recommended for families. The location is a little bad and it is difficult to go without a car. In addition, they do it at night, but please be careful as last order is early (confirmation by phone).

本宮大社からは歩いて2.5キロ、約40分で到着します。最寄りのバス停は「大居口」です。

From Hongu Taisha, it takes about 2.5km by walk and arrives in about 40 minutes. I recommend to go by car because there is no bus stop nearby.

カフェボヌール（ベジタリアン/要予約）/Cafe Bonheur (vegetarian/reservation only)

ボヌールはベジタリアンレストランです。本宮大社から徒歩すぐの場所にあります。ディナーは通常営業していませんが予約があれば用意してくれます。

Bonheur is a vegetarian restaurant. It is a short walk from the Hongu Taisha. Dinner is not usually open, but will be prepared upon reservation.

【渡良瀬エリア/Watarase area】

焼き鳥おかげさん/yakitori okagesan-Japanese izakaya

ここの焼き鳥は絶品です。どのメニューもハズレがありません。そして感動するほどリーズナブルです。ローカルな人々に愛される、熊野のオアシスです。土日やハイシーズンは予約をしなければ入店できない可能性もあります。ベジタリアン向きではありません。

Yakitori here is so delicious. All menu is good. And it is so reasonable that you are impressed. It is an oasis of Kumano that is loved by local people. On weekends and high seasons, you may not be able to enter the store without making a reservation. Not for vegetarian.

本宮大社近辺からバスで行く場合は「渡瀬温泉バス停」に降りてそこから徒歩で10分ほど歩く感じになります。

If you go by bus from around Hongu Taisha, you will get off at the “Watarase Onsen Bus Stop” and you walk about 10 minutes on foot.

ちなみに徒歩では約５キロ、１時間ほどかかりますのでバスを逃さないように注意されたし。

【湯の峰エリア/Yunomine area】

湯ノ峰温泉食堂/yunomine onsen shokudo

湯ノ峰温泉街の中にあって、売店と食堂が一緒になったのが湯ノ峰温泉食堂です。
